Night Receptionist

**Job Summary**

Cycas Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Night Receptionist to join our team. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Welcome and Acknowledge Guests**: Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation.
• **Process Check-Ins and Check-Outs**: Confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue and activate room keys for check-ins, and process check-outs, including resolving any late and disputed charges.
• **Process Payments**: Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• **Answer Guest Calls and Messages**: Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• **Provide Directions and Information**: Supply guests with directions and information regarding the property and local areas of interest.
• **Run Daily Reports**: Run daily reports, including the number of arrivals and departures, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
• **Complete Cashier and Closing Reports**: Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system, count bank at the beginning and end of shift, balance, and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
• **Organize End of Date Tasks**: Organize all end of date tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the night audit.

**Requirements**

• Preferred knowledge of Radisson and ideally with the Emma PMS system.
• Enthusiasm and a true team player.
• Service-oriented.
• A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland is required.
• English and German speaking.
• Willing to work night shifts, including weekends and festive days.
