Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is CHF 120,000 - 150,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This challenging role involves supporting inventors in drafting invention disclosures and patent applications.

You'll be responsible for communicating between stakeholders, managing IP-related tasks, and developing an efficient IP strategy.

Your expertise will drive the prosecution of patent applications, optimize our patent portfolio, and support litigation cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • A degree in engineering science (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, physics) or related fields.
  • Diploma as patent attorney is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English, German preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving tasks and withstand pressure.
