Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Global Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing customer experience on digital platforms. This role is pivotal for upskilling and transforming key markets globally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain a global learning agenda to drive digital transformation
  • Align with customer experience, marketing, and E-commerce teams to formalize a global CRO roadmap
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using tools like Typeform, Google Analytics, and Content Square to identify opportunities
  • Design and implement experiments to measure and communicate results to stakeholders and lead the rollout of successful strategies across international markets
  • Foster an experimentation culture within the digital organization by upskilling team members in various markets and animating a community to support collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Work closely with E-commerce product and UI/UX teams to support product improvement and influence product features, while respecting brand design design system and principles

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent working experience in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the beauty industry
  • Fluent in English, conversational French is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset capable of turning data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, JS, CSS, and responsive design), web analytics tools, and A/B testing software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire teams across different cultures and regions
