Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a global learning agenda to drive digital transformation
- Align with customer experience, marketing, and e-commerce teams to formalize a global CRO roadmap
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using tools like Typeform, Google Analytics, and Content Square to identify opportunities
- Design and implement experiments, building and QA testing in initial markets, measuring and communicating results to stakeholders, and leading the rollout of successful strategies across international markets
- Foster an experimentation culture within the digital organization, upskilling team members in various markets, and animating a community to support collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Work closely with e-commerce product and UI/UX teams to support product improvement and influence product features, while respecting brand design systems and principles
- Master's degree or equivalent working experience in marketing, business, data analysis, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the beauty industry
- Fluent in English, conversational French is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset capable of turning data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, JS, CSS, and responsive design), web analytics tools, and A/B testing software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire teams across different cultures and regions
