Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and sales across B2B channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align brand strategy with retail-specific initiatives and deliver impactful campaigns that enhance the customer experience and support product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with regional teams in KPI tracking of brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure a smooth campaign process and effective coordination across different teams and functions, both globally and regionally.
  • Support and collaborate with the regional teams in capturing and briefing deliverables for all campaigns and B2B needs into relevant stakeholders.
  • Align marketing and brand campaigns with e-commerce teams to create an omni-channel experience.
  • Plan key promotions around commercial moments and commercial calendars to support regional B2B requests.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a campaigning position connected to Retail Brand Marketing with a focus on wholesale/B2B.
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment handling multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated and driven to embrace new challenges, committed to continuous learning.
  • Strong understanding of trends, retail marketing within B2B and wholesale, as well as in-store experiences.
