Für das Abonnement-Marketing der Ringier AG freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung als Digital Marketing Strategin.

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Online-Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen, identifizierst Zielgruppen und treibst den Verkauf unseres gesamten Print-Abonnement-Portfolios an.
  • Du setzt inspirierende Marketing-Kampagnen um, übernimmst die Steuerung und Erfolgsmessung und sorgst für deren maximalen Erfolg.
  • Du entwickelst und optimierst kanalübergreifende Performance-Marketing-Strategien von der Lead- und Neukundengewinnung bis zur Kundenbindung.
  • Du analysierst Kampagnendaten und identifizierst Optimierungsmöglichkeiten, um die Effektivität und Rentabilität der Kampagnen zu verbessern.
  • Du entwickelst A/B-Tests, um die Performance von deinen Kampagnen und Landingpages zu verbessern.
  • Du optimierst und stellst die Automatisierung von Kampagnenprozessen sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing mit oder verfügst über Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen Online sowie Offline.
  • Du besitzt Kenntnisse der gängigen Marketingtools (CMS, E-mail Systeme, CRM, Google Analytics etc.).
  • Du begeistert dich fürs Performance Marketing, hast ein starkes Verständnis der Customer Journey und kannst Strategien entwickeln, um Kunden entlang dieser Reise zu führen.
  • Du bist stets am Puls der Zeit im Performance-Marketing, testest begeistert neue Ansätze und bringst eine hohe Affinität zu Marketing-Trends und Innovationen mit.
  • Deine ausgeprägten Analysefähigkeiten und dein sicherer Umgang mit Daten und Reportings helfen dir, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
