Job Title: Head of DataEstimated Salary Range: CHF 120,000 - CHF 180,000 per yearAbout the Role

The successful candidate will lead our data engineering and architecture team, overseeing the development of advanced analytics capabilities, machine learning, and decision-making tools. This includes defining data architectures, creating data visualization tools, and ensuring data quality in our core ERP systems.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to support business growth and objectives.
  • Leverage expertise in data engineering, architecture, and machine learning to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define data governance policies and procedures.
  • Mentor and lead a team of data engineers and architects to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading a business function (e.g., demand planning, forecasting).
  • Strong business acumen and technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, DBT, Snowflake, and Airflow.
  • Familiarity with Python and experience deploying AI-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of CHF 120,000 - CHF 180,000 per year, plus a range of benefits, including:

  • 5 weeks' holiday per year, plus 2 weeks' 'work from anywhere' time.
