As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our line managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process, and maintaining workplace policies in accordance with Swiss labor law.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customized and value-added HR solutions to our line managers
- Be a trusted and reliable point of contact for our line managers
- Support line managers in management tasks, including talent and performance management, employee retention, and promotion processes
- Maintain a smooth recruitment process and develop innovative solutions to attract top talent
- Manage workplace policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Swiss labor law
- Completed education of Federal Diploma of Higher Education (Eidg. HR-Fachausweis) or equivalent education with a specialization in HR
- At least 7 years of experience as (Senior) HR Manager / (Senior) Business Partner, preferably in an international environment
- Experience in life science area and knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurances
- Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
- Motivated team player with a problem-solving mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
