Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Network and Systems Engineer to join our IT team. As a representative of ART Computer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network infrastructure solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and staying up-to-date with the latest Apple ecosystem technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Customer Needs

Work closely with customers to understand their IT requirements and design tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Network Infrastructure Design and Implementation

Design, install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure solutions for our customers, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Server and Device Management

Implement and maintain server and device management solutions, including MDM, to ensure seamless integration and management of customer devices.

Remote and On-Site Support

Provide remote and on-site support to customers, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and excellent customer satisfaction.

Training and Documentation

Design and deliver tailored training sessions to customers, as well as create technical documentation to support their IT needs.

Requirements
  • Language Proficiency

Fluency in German (mother tongue) and English (written and spoken).

Work Permit

Ability to obtain a working permit in Switzerland (Swiss or EU resident).

Experience

Two to five years of significant experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering.

Technical Skills

Excellent knowledge of macOS and iOS, as well as expertise in business infrastructure technologies and concepts.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
