Overview

LCX is a pioneer in redefining finance, innovating capital markets powered by blockchain technology. As a global financial technology company based in Liechtenstein, we focus on tokenization of assets, utility and security token offerings, and advanced trading tools. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal and Executive Assistant to the Management and Board of Directors with excellent German and English language skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a broad range of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, completing expense reports, composing and preparing documents, arranging travel plans, and compiling records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive material with professional discretion.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with partners, clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Manage meeting schedules, agendas, minutes, and action items for internal and external meetings.
  • Work effectively with support teams, including Finance, Administration, Human Resources, and IT.
  • Support billing and timesheet maintenance.
  • Manage travel logistics and review and process expense reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent German language skills and perfect written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite Docs, Google Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and Slack.
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate, and build trust with diverse people and job functions.
  • Able to build good relations and spread positivity.
  • Able to multitask, adhere to deadlines, and complete work independently.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Project Management Professional desirable.
  • Already living in Switzerland or willing to relocate. Swiss or EU passport holder is a must.
