We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Commis de Rang. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Offer expert advice on food and beverages, showcasing our extensive wine list and culinary offerings.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of quality.
- Take ownership of the preparation and maintenance of the service areas, ensuring they are always immaculate and well-stocked.
- Contribute to creating an unforgettable guest experience by providing personalized attention and tailored recommendations.
Requirements:
- Completed training in the hotel or catering industry, or several years of experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy.
- Proven experience in the luxury hotel industry, with a strong understanding of high-end service standards.
- Fluency in English, German, and/or French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
