We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Chef de Rang in our upscale hotel. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional and friendly service to guests, providing sound advice on food and drinks
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the service areas, including preparation and follow-up
  • Support the creation of an unforgettable guest experience, working closely with the team
  • Have completed training in the hotel/catering industry or have several years of experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
  • Have experience in the upscale hotel industry, with language skills in German and English, and any other language a plus
  • Have excellent technical knowledge and strong service orientation, with a well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
  • Be a team player, with flexibility and ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations
  • Be willing to work weekends and public holidays
