About the Role

The Alpina Gstaad is a luxury hotel renowned for its impeccable service and understated elegance. We are seeking a highly organized and guest-oriented individual to join our Concierge team as an Office Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to correspondence in a timely and professional manner, ensuring seamless communication with guests and internal teams.
  • Support the Concierge back office to maintain efficient operations, guaranteeing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Concierge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, coordinating reservations, requests, and inquiries with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for guest requests and services, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Work closely with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance service delivery, embodying the hotel's commitment to excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong guest-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within hospitality is preferred, particularly in concierge or guest services.
  • Proficiency in using office software and reservation systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
