The Audi F1 Project is a groundbreaking initiative that brings together the best minds in motorsport to create a competitive Formula 1 team. Our mission is to push the boundaries of speed, efficiency, and innovation.

We're seeking a skilled Aluminum Radiator Engineer to join our Hinwil, Switzerland team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and manufacture high-performance radiators for our Formula 1 cars.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing new radiator concepts to improve performance and efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate radiator systems into our Formula 1 cars
  • Conducting testing and validation to ensure radiator performance meets our high standards
  • Optimizing radiator designs to minimize weight and maximize cooling capacity
  • Developing and implementing lean manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in radiator design and development
  • Knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
  • Experience with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
