Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Field Force Coordinator to join our team in Lausanne. The successful candidate will support the Field force manager with daily business tasks, assure field team coordination and planning, and manage the back-office of weekly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Field force manager with daily business tasks.
  • Assure field team coordination and planning.
  • Manage the back-office of weekly operations.
  • Develop new tools and files to facilitate daily business.
  • Generate innovative ideas based on field expertise and market analysis.
  • Establish strong working relationships with Key Accounts Management, Retail Activation & Brand Teams.
  • Oversee and manage different Trade Marketing projects.

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Fluent in French or (Swiss-) German with very good command in the other language, good level of English.
  • Good ability to analyze situations and recommend solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS office tools (Excel, PPT).
  • Excellent communicator with all stakeholders and team player.
