ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful strong team player who is eager to contribute to strengthening our Field Force team. You will support the team on its day-to-day business and contribute to the development and implementation of BAT's strategy in the retail environment for both Combustible and Potentially Risk Reduced Products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Field force manager with the daily business tasks.
  • Assuring the field team coordination and planning, managing the back-office of the weekly operation and projects requirements, planning and organizing monthly meetings with the BAT representatives, ensuring inventory stock operations and returns, as well as being the link between the office and the field team.
  • Continuously providing recommendations to increase BAT Representatives efficiency by reducing administrative workload developing new tools and files that facilitate their daily business.
  • Generating innovative ideas based on field expertise, insights and market analysis to deliver impactful growth in the retail environment on the BAT portfolio.
  • Establishing a strong working relationship with Key Accounts Management, Retail Activation & Brand Teams to be always up to date in terms of respective contractual framework, retail stores platform status and capabilities.
  • Overseeing and managing different Trade Marketing projects in scope.

What are we looking for?

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Fluent in French or (Swiss-) German with very good command in the other language, good level of English.
  • Good ability to analyze situations, recommend solutions and action plans within organizational policy.
  • Proficiency in MS office tools (Excel, PPT).
  • Excellent communicator with all stakeholders and team player.
