- Implement robust security measures to protect industrial systems from internal and external threats.
- Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Performance Management
- Monitor and optimize the performance of OT and IT systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
- Develop preventive maintenance programs to ensure the continuous reliability of systems.
- Respond promptly to incidents, diagnose problems, and implement corrective solutions.
- Interfunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with operational teams, software development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, deploying, and managing OT and IT systems.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus) and network protocols.
- Strong skills in industrial and network systems security.
- Practical experience with technologies such as SCADA, PLC, DCS, MES, and distributed control systems.
- SQL and/or Python know-how welcome.
- Data Engineering skills for PowerBI and/or Grafana, real-time analytics.
- Good interface and automation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with excellent communication skills.
Vigier Management AG is a dynamic company based in Péry, Switzerland. We offer a competitive salary of CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
