- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with software developers, partners, and customers to analyze requirements and create specifications for Payments and Cash Operations services.
- Implementation Support: Provide support to developers during implementation, ensuring that services meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Functional Expertise: Act as the primary contact for functional questions related to Payments and Cash Operations services.
- Project Support: Support consulting projects, project implementations, and sales workshops, ensuring that Payments and Cash Operations services meet business objectives and industry standards.
- End-to-End Solution Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end solution, including banking and backend systems.
- Strong Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working in Payments and Cash Operations, preferably in the banking field.
- Business Analysis Experience: Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role in the software industry.
- Avaloq Core Banking Solution Experience: Modeling know-how and/or customization experience of the Avaloq Core Banking solution in Payments and Cash Operations area.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent professional communication skills in English, strong analytical abilities, and high-quality awareness with a structured and autonomous approach to work.
- Banking Process Understanding: Ability to understand, abstract, and specify banking processes and requirements.
- University Degree: University or FH degree in banking/economics or equivalent experience (e.g., chartered accountant, expert in Accounting and Controlling).
