Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. We are a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to making motorsport history. As part of our project, you will be responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring work processes to ensure that products can be manufactured in the desired quantity and the required quality at the right time.

About Your Mission
  • Plan and coordinate production workflow for internally planned composite components.
  • Optimise chronological order of orders and purchase orders to meet deadlines.
  • Make informed decisions on capacity planning to balance production needs.
  • Closely collaborate with internal process partners to achieve project goals.
About Your Profile
  • A successful basic apprenticeship in a trade or commercial occupation is essential.
  • Familiarity with production processes in composite production is highly desirable.
  • The ability to read and understand technical drawings is a must.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office products is necessary, as well as experience with MS Project.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are crucial for success.
  • A high level of self-motivation and an independent way of working are essential.
  • Willingsness to work extra hours when needed.
