We are currently looking for an HR Generalist to join our team at BMK Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office-related issues and facilities, as well as overseeing the HR lifecycle of staff using our HR software.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office and facility-related matters, ensuring a smooth working environment.
  • Oversee the entire HR lifecycle of staff, from onboarding to offboarding, utilizing our HR software to streamline processes.
  • Liaise with Swiss authorities regarding staff-related matters, providing excellent communication and support.
  • Prepare and manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate onboarding and tasks related to staff lifecycle, providing a seamless experience.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, contributing to finding top talent for our clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, offering exceptional support and service.
Your Ideal Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR and administration, with a strong background in managing administrative tasks.
  • Good knowledge of payroll-related activities, including preparation and management.
  • Proficiency in using HR software, preferably Salesforce, to optimize HR processes.
  • Excellent soft skills, including organization, adaptability, and effective communication.
  • Fluent English with a good level of French, enabling you to effectively interact with clients and staff.
