About the Role:
Skyguide is seeking an experienced Environment and ATFCM Solution Designer to join our team. As a key member of our System Architecture Board, you will be responsible for defining, reviewing, and validating short, mid, and long-term target architectures of our application landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design solutions for all environment, meteorological, and ATFCM functions of related system components, including coordination and planning of software integrations.
- Define and review the architecture of our Skyguide application landscape.
- Design, develop, and validate solution prototypes to certify the accuracy and viability of designs and implementations.
- Model, maintain, and document all architectural artefacts and promote optimal communication.
- Support Environment and ATFCM related product owners and subject matter experts to understand domain needs and design appropriate solutions.
About You:
- Bachelor of Information Technology/Computer Science.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience in a similar role, designing or developing application systems.
- Held architectural design roles, preferably system architect with 5+ years' experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Proficient in English written and orally, good command in French is a plus.
