About the Role:
As a Compliance Testing Lead at Company 81 - Manulife Data Services Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This position requires a strong understanding of financial services regulations and a proven track record of leading testing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of annual testing plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance risks.
- Design and execute testing strategies to validate the effectiveness of compliance controls.
- Provide recommendations to management on improving compliance processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services compliance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
