We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource Mobilization Analyst to join our team at Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' resource mobilization efforts.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research on data and information relevant to donor inquiries, drafting high-quality documents, and coordinating meeting logistics with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on data and information relevant to donor inquiries, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Draft high-quality talking points, official correspondence, and presentations to engage donors and communicate key messages effectively.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling and note-taking, to ensure seamless interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize departmental files using SharePoint, recommending improvements for efficient information sharing across teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information or data addressing key donor-relevant issues or specific queries.
- Utilize internal data systems and databases effectively to drive informed decision-making.
- Build a network of internal contacts to facilitate access to timely and relevant information for donor communications.
Requirements
- A university degree in public health, public policy, public administration, international relations, development studies, communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to craft high-quality talking points and official correspondence in English.
- Proactive, reliable team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
