Velocity Fitness Coaches
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team of fitness coaches at Velocity, a boutique fitness studio in Switzerland.
As a fitness coach at Velocity, you will be responsible for leading high-energy indoor cycling workouts, motivating our members, and creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere in the studio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead high-energy indoor cycling workouts, motivating members to reach their fitness goals
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of music, music trends, and the beat for an effective ride
- Provide exceptional customer service, communication skills, and a dynamic personality to engage with our members
- Assist in promotional endeavors, both in and outside the studio, to grow our community
- Work collaboratively with our team to cultivate a positive and inclusive studio environment
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, mornings, nights, and some holidays
- Attend our comprehensive 4-week training program, which includes exclusive training and ongoing education
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of music, music trends, and the beat for an effective ride
- Fluent English is a must
- Physically fit and able to maintain a high level of energy during workouts
- Dependable, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to commit to a regular schedule, including weekends and holidays
