At Swiss Watches Outlet - Goozy GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant in hourly wage. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations on our range of Swiss-made watches and souvenirs.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle customer payments and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display of products and the handling of inventory.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
