Agile Requirements Engineer WantedTN Switzerland is seeking a highly skilled Agile Requirements Engineer to join our team in Les Genevez.
The successful candidate will have experience in test automation tools, expertise in safety-critical domains, and strong analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Management or similar fields and be proficient in English.

Responsibilities- You will work independently within an Agile team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- You will collaborate with end users and cross-functional teams to gather business needs and functional requirements.
- You will interpret Functional System Requirements (FSRE) provided by Business Analysts.
- You will draft, review, and update Equipment Requirements (ERE) with the Product Owner in Polarion, ensuring traceability to the FSRE.
- You will develop and maintain test cases in Polarion to achieve full coverage of Equipment Requirements (ERE).
- You will configure and prepare test platforms.
- You will develop automated test scripts for the testing environment using tools like Squish and Python.
- You will execute both manual and automated tests during the sprint's Build phase or during Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and document the results.
- You will analyze and report bugs in the issue tracking database, contributing to their classification.
- You will serve as the point of contact for clarifying defects or Equipment Requirements (ERE) concerns.
- Proven experience in writing system and software specifications, as well as in system and software testing.
- Experience with test automation tools, particularly using Python (experience with Squish and Jenkins is a significant asset).
