Senior Project Manager

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of complex projects in an international setting, with a focus on industrialization and process optimization.
  • Provide technical support to product lines within the Control Valves division, ensuring seamless product development and delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional product management teams, addressing all matters related to product development and support.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Manage quality complaints, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
  • Support production lines, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies in collaboration with internal departments, driving innovation and product development.
  • Foster strong relationships with development departments, worldwide product management, procurement, production, and external partners.

Your Profile

  • Hold a technical degree from a reputable institution (ETH, Uni, or FH).
  • Possess experience in project management for industrialized products, with a strong background in technical product support (PLM) or product management.
  • Demonstrate high service orientation, a structured approach to work, and the ability to thrive in challenging and dynamic environments.
  • Exhibit strong self-initiative, solution-oriented thinking, and composure under pressure.
  • Display excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Speak fluent German and English, with a strong command of both languages.
