We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Requirements Engineer to join our team at BELIMO Automation AG. As a Requirements Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products and services.
About the RoleIn this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Requirements Engineering methodology. You will also be the primary point of contact for our ALM tool Codebeamer, ensuring its smooth operation and effective use throughout the organization.
You will support the rollout of Codebeamer across the company, migrating requirements from other databases and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will train and provide support to project teams on the effective use of Codebeamer, as well as manage and maintain its configurations, build reports, and dashboards.
A key aspect of this role is the development and deployment of REST API scripts and templates for use with the Codebeamer requirements database. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing common best practices for Codebeamer to support requirements management throughout the organization.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will require a Master's or Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Requirements Engineering. Your expertise in Codebeamer or other Requirements Management tools is essential, and certification in Requirements Engineering (IREB Foundation and Advanced) is a plus.
Your proficiency in REST API/Python programming language is also necessary, and knowledge of Jira/Confluence is a valuable asset. Excellent written and spoken English skills are required, and German is a desirable additional language.
A strong interpersonal and communication skillset, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality with high service orientation, are essential for success in this role.
