Your Role as a Digital Product Owner
You will lead the conceptualization, design, implementation, and operation of digital products for our clients. Your key activities include:
- Collaborating with the build out of our digital product practices.
- Conceptualizing, designing, and driving the implementation of digital products end-to-end.
- Leading product implementation closely with clients and stakeholders towards joint success.
- Gathering and analyzing information from various sources.
- Designing and documenting the product with its functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborating in requirement reviews and providing input to the requirement review process.
- Facilitating requirement gathering workshops and meetings using Design Thinking.
- Closely collaborating with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and accurately implemented.
- Including expertise in collaborative testing and validation processes.
- Improving requirements documentation throughout the development process.
- Providing guidance, support, and mentoring to other team members as required.
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the product implementation and ensuring its success. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Your experience in product design, UX, business analysis, project management, agile software delivery, or related fields will be essential in this role.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- An entrepreneurial mindset with business sense and mental agility focused on high-quality outcomes.
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, mathematics, business management, psychology, design, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in product design/UX, business analysis, project management, agile software delivery, or a related field.
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and logically.
- A solid understanding of the software development process, including Agile delivery frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
