Digital Identity Product Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Identity Product Strategist to join our team at Switch, a leading provider of digital identity services in Switzerland.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead the development of eduID, a Swiss digital identity platform for lifelong learning. As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for consolidating a deep understanding of the needs and challenges facing our community in trust and identity, ensuring operational, outreach, and strategic service roadmaps for eduID are created and implemented.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and implementation of strategic service roadmaps for eduID, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Agile Coach to motivate and enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Support business owners in budgeting, capacity planning, cost management, and evolving business cases for eduID.
  • Develop and maintain technical familiarity with trust and identity technologies such as SAML, OIDC.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product vision, pricing, and budgeting.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and empathy for customers.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Java and PHP programming languages.
  • Experience working with hands-on engineering teams.
