We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Scientist to join our team in the field of spectroscopy.
This is a temporary contract for one year, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic R&D environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing, optimizing, and performing applied optical spectroscopy experiments, with a focus on chemical process development.
Main responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in our optical spectroscopy lab
- Independent multivariate data analysis and presentation of results to key stakeholders
- Collaborating with a global team to drive innovation projects and support marketing and production
Key qualifications include:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in an R&D environment
- Hands-on experience with optical spectroscopy techniques, including UV, IR, and Raman
- Strong background in statistics, data analysis, and visualization
- Experience with computerized lab environments and scientific databases
- Knowledge of reaction monitoring in an industry environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
