Job Title: Beauty Expert for International Travel

As a Beauty Expert, you will represent Dufry in the area of perfume & cosmetics, providing exceptional service to international customers. Your strong communication skills will enable you to engage with customers in a confident, professional, and competent manner.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to empower travelers to feel beautiful, fostering confidence and creativity. As a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador, you will leverage your artistry talents and extensive product expertise to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.

Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy (NVQ-3 or similar) or equivalent experience in the makeup/beauty sector.
  • Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment, ideally in beauty, retail, or FMCG.
  • A passion for being part of a pioneering beauty brand that disrupts traditional norms.
  • Experience in applying makeup and adapting styles to suit diverse customer needs.
  • A positive attitude and ability to receive constructive feedback and implement suggestions.
  • Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including early shifts and late shifts.
  • Ability to undergo a Criminal Reference Check, as required for airside employment.
