Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat emergency medical conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Perform emergency procedures and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide compassionate care to patients and communicate effectively with families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing medical education
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and best practices in emergency medicine
- Board-eligible or Board-certified in Emergency Medicine
- Current New York state medical license or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
- Ability to work 10-12 twelve-hour shifts per month
- Competitive salary range: $325,000 - $380,000
