Global Sales Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for campaign development, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Develop and implement omnichannel campaigns that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and conversion, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in campaign development and execution.
- Proven track record in sales campaign management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a complex international context.
- Deep understanding of CRM and data, with expertise in campaign creation, execution, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel sales and marketing, with experience in direct selling environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Superior English and German language skills, with additional languages a plus.
