Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities
  1. You will be working on a range of tasks in an international mandate field with a focus on Swiss-headquartered enterprises and family-run businesses.
  2. You will lead national and international transactional and advisory projects, developing optimized holistic group tax strategies in the age of BEPS and other national/international reforms.
  3. You will work on multidisciplinary and cross-functional projects in a team-oriented environment, resolving complex tax issues for our demanding national and international clients.
  4. You are responsible for mandate development and actively participate in acquiring new projects.
  5. You mentor junior team members and are accountable for their professional and tax-related development.
  6. You contribute to the company's further development through active participation in seminars and publication of specialist articles.
  7. We provide an international environment and the opportunity to work with various teams around the globe.
Your Skills
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or law, supplemented by an eidg. dipl. Steuerexperte qualification.
  2. Deep knowledge and extensive experience in tax consulting (at least 4-5 years).
  3. Broad and comprehensive experience in Corporate Tax (including transfer pricing and supply chain projects – Allrounder profile a plus).
  4. Experience in coordinating complex cross-border projects.
  5. Must-haves that you bring to us: teamwork ability, customer focus, goal-oriented behavior, willingness to engage, and quick grasp.
  6. As an international company, we expect English and German proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
