Functional Expert in Cell and Gene Therapy

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Functional Expert in Cell and Gene Therapy. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of business transactions, reliable system functionalities, and compliant processing standards across the end-to-end value chain for Cell and Gene Therapy operations.
Key Responsibilities:You will work closely with the broader organization to document operating standards, share best practice knowledge, and provide training on relevant procedures. Additionally, you will contribute to the ERP transformation project, ASPIRE*, which will deploy ASPIRE's digital backbone for our locations.
You will participate in ad hoc workshops to analyze process and design impact and identify roadblocks and long lead items for Aspire. Furthermore, you will engage in change management activities such as Impact Assessment, Long Lead time items identification, Transition & Stakeholder management, Trainings & SOP's.
You will review processes and user requirements for O&EM Operations, gather information for and perform specific business transactions (sales order, purchase order), and provide business support on system/interface related issues in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Prior business experience (3+ years) in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or consumer goods industries.
- Deep knowledge of SAP systems (ERP and EDI interfaces).
- Project management experience in a cross-functional project.
- Ability to flex and navigate a complex, broad & diverse organization.
