We are seeking talented post-graduates with a strong interest in Operations for our rotational development program within Pharma Technical Operations (PT) at Rozchodce in Basel and Kaiseraugst, Switzerland.
Over the course of 24 months, you will work in a cross-functional setup, contributing to different key PT projects. The development rotations are designed to provide challenging and meaningful business-related assignments, training in technical and leadership skills, and coaching under business managers and mentors.
The opportunity:Four six-month rotations within Pharma Technical Operations
A formal targeted internal and external training program, including meetings and offsite events
Presentation opportunities and exposure, conference visits and participation, mentoring program and reverse mentoring to the Pharma Technical Leadership Team
You will gain on-the-job experience and a broad perspective on the core PT functions critical to the manufacturing of Rozchodce products. This is an opportunity to rotate in any of the functional business areas of PT, including Internal Manufacturing Network, Quality and Compliance, Cell & Gene Therapy, Technical Development, Operational Excellence & Digital, Technical Regulatory, Product and Supply Chain Management, MSAT & Engineering, Strategy, and functions supporting PT.
