We're Seeking a Project Management Expert

Racing Unleashed is looking for an experienced project management professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing structured project management practices and providing essential support to our leadership and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance and Reporting

  • Collaborate with our CFO to design and implement a scalable project governance structure that drives consistency and accountability across all business lines.
  • Establish and manage project approval and reporting mechanisms for our Company Leadership Team.
  • Improve project templates and workflows in Wrike for efficient project setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Configure automated reporting in Wrike for regular project updates and performance tracking.

PMO Support and Coordination

  • Provide PMO support to our Business Line Owners, offering guidance on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Work hands-on with critical stakeholders on high-priority initiatives, providing project management and coordination support.
  • Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, driving project success from start to finish.

We're looking for an experienced and motivated individual who can take initiative and support projects across business lines. You will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership and business owners, shaping the project governance framework and driving company-wide improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on establishing governance and reporting structures.
  • Experience with project management tools, especially Wrike, and a strong understanding of automated reporting and project tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and business line owners.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of German or other languages being a plus.
