Quality Manager Distribution Job Description

At Estée Lauder Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Galgenen, Switzerland. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our finished products meets our company's requirements and applicable regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in leading teams and implementing quality improvement processes. You will be responsible for executing self-evaluations based on GMP & GDP regulations, managing non-conformances, and coordinating inspections. Additionally, you will ensure that sampling processes are managed appropriately and take independent decisions related to the team in quality matters.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field of study, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of quality with cosmetic, food, or pharmaceutical products or other regulated industries. You should be familiar with GMP & GDP regulations, including internal auditing skills and applicable Cosmetic / OTC Regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as well as fluency in English written and orally, with German being a benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute self-evaluations based on GMP & GDP regulations
  • Manage non-conformances and coordinate inspections
  • Ensure sampling processes are managed appropriately

  • Ensure GMP & GDP compliance and implementation of quality processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field of study
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of quality
  • Familiarity with GMP & GDP regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English written and orally, with German being a benefit
