About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Manager for our Distribution team to ensure the quality of our finished products is maintained throughout the supply chain.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance our quality management systems.
  • Manage non-conformances and coordinate inspections to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure sampling processes are managed effectively and quality training is conducted to maintain ELC standards.
  • Support recall activities and ensure GMP and GDP compliance across all Distribution Centers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management with cosmetic, food, or pharmaceutical products.
  • Familiarity with GMP and GDP regulations and internal auditing skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English, German a benefit.
