Job Description:
The Global Public Affairs team at Intuitive Surgical plays a critical role in driving our media relations, advocacy, government relations, and thought leadership strategy. As a Media Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to all facets of the team's mission to protect and promote our company. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful execution of tactical plans to support our business across Europe, working closely with other departments, medical experts, PR agencies, patient advocacy groups, media, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting external communications activities across Europe, including PAG and media outreach, event management, and key stakeholder engagement;
  • Writing and harmonizing texts, developing factsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and coordinating internal and external publications in different languages;
  • Messaging and talking point development; and
  • Sales promotion plan planning.
