We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead our machine learning initiatives working directly with Creaitor's CTO. This role is critical as you will lay the foundation for our ML/AI capabilities and lead the development of innovative solutions that enhance our platform. You will cover both the roles of a Machine Learning Engineer and a Data Scientist, working closely with product managers to build and deploy cutting-edge models that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for machine learning initiatives aligned with Creaitor's goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning to solve complex problems and improve user experience.

You will be responsible for setting up and managing vector databases to efficiently store and retrieve high-dimensional data, enabling fast and accurate similarity searches. Additionally, you will collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to inform model development and extract actionable insights. Your expertise in feature engineering will enhance model performance and accuracy.

We are looking for someone who stays up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and AI to continuously enhance our platform. Experience in developing AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM and LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain) is a plus. Strong knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI and NLP techniques and tools is also required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
