We are seeking a seasoned Technology Law Expert to join our team at Axiom. This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with various clients across all industries, providing expert advice on commercial legal matters in a fast-paced international environment.

  • As a Digital Contracts Specialist, you will draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, purchasing, SaaS, service, and technology licensing agreements.
  • You will work closely with business and compliance clients, providing guidance and practical solutions to their legal issues.
  • In this role, you will also be responsible for highlighting legal issues related to privacy compliance requirements and opportunities for improvement of privacy policies, including addressing data privacy contract clauses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Proven experience dealing with services and consulting agreements, licensing agreements, content agreements, software development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLA agreements, e-commerce agreements.
  • A university degree in law; Swiss qualification is a must.
  • At least 3 years' experience with corporate or commercial law in an in-house and/or law firm environment.
  • Hands-on experience in processing and drafting contracts, especially in the digital environment (SaaS, Cloud Computing) as well as in IT law.
  • Practical experience in creating, evaluating, and negotiating contracts.
  • Fluency in English and German is a must.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills. Part-time or full-time availability.
