Job Description:

As a Railway Signalling Expert at Stadler Rail, you will be responsible for leading the development of Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) systems. This includes collaborating with Product Management to align ATS requirements with market needs and company goals. You will also analyze interfaces like SCADA and public announcement systems to define impacts on ATS and assess gaps for specific tenders and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the integration of new features and changes in ATS, developing specifications and coordinating with teams for timely execution
  • Provide expert guidance on ATS specifications for projects, ensuring adherence to customer needs and industry standards
  • Work with Engineering, sales, and project management to integrate ATS requirements and facilitate project success

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in rail signalling engineering with a focus on ATS or Integrated Operation Centers
  • Expertise in feature integration, change management, and requirements specification
