Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects from initiation to closure.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading medium to large-sized projects, with a strong focus on project planning, risk management, and team leadership. You will be responsible for executing daily project management activities, providing regular reporting to stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer projects in terms of scheduling, finances, and content
  • Control project planning, risk, and scope management, and lead project teams
  • Acknowledge and validate contractual details of projects
  • Execute daily project management activities
  • Provide regular internal and external reporting of project status to various stakeholders
  • Obtain client acceptance for partial and complete delivery
  • Deliver and lead medium to large-sized projects or sub-projects within a large program
  • Ensure project delivery within contracted time, quality, and budget, and meet company-defined profitability levels
  • Manage local and remote team members, as well as external suppliers
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and third-party team members to drive project success
  • Comply with company project management standards and processes
  • Pursue additional business opportunities and provide consulting services
  • Develop and implement project concepts and specifications
  • Maintain open communication with clients
  • Support the acquisition process and create proposals
  • Develop Merkle's project management skills and coach/mentor other project leads
