Diplomaed Expert in Anesthesia Nursing with Specialized Responsibility in Cardiology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diplomaed Expert in Anesthesia Nursing with specialized responsibility in Cardiology to join our team at Hirslanden Klinik Hirslanden. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our team in the development and implementation of standards and guidelines in cardiology anesthesia.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert anesthesia care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting, heart valve repair, and other complex cardiac surgeries.
- Develop and implement standards and guidelines for cardiology anesthesia, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for anesthesia staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Diploma in Anesthesia Nursing with specialized responsibility in Cardiology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in anesthesia nursing, preferably in a cardiac anesthesia setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of cardiology anesthesia principles and practices, including pharmacology, physiology, and pathophysiology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on patient-centered care and safety.
