As a university clinic, we are actively involved in national and international research projects.
We are introducing a new, innovative service in the care of children and adolescents with severe mental health issues in the canton of Zurich. Instead of inpatient therapy, we offer intensive, home-based treatment by a multidisciplinary team consisting of medical professionals, psychologists, nurses, and social workers. In addition to the therapeutic team, adolescents are accompanied and supported by a designated person from the home treatment team.
We are looking for a creative and innovative professional to join our team as a Diplomaed Social Worker or Diplomaed Child and Youth Care Professional or Diplomaed Mental Health Professional.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the psychiatric, nursing, and social care of severely ill children and adolescents in their home environment.
- Implement the nursing and social care case management, which is based on best practices and ethical and moral principles.
- Active participation in future-oriented change and development processes, particularly in the field of nursing and social care.
- Participation in an intensive interprofessional collaboration.
- You prioritize the well-being of individuals in your work.
- Degree in nursing or social work (with recognition of foreign diplomas).
- Professional experience in the field of psychiatric or social care for children and adolescents is an asset.
- You are accustomed to working independently, taking responsibility, and making decisions.
- Availability to work on all weekdays (mainly morning and evening shifts, no night shifts).
