IP Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IP Paralegal to join our team at Michael Page. As an IP Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the registration process for trademarks and industrial designs, ensuring timely filings and compliance with international IP regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Trademark Registration: Conduct comprehensive trademark availability searches and provide actionable insights to the legal team. Evaluate potential conflicts and assess risks associated with new trademarks.
- IP Database Management: Maintain and update the IP database, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely responses to IP authorities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IP Counsel and other stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on IP matters and support broader business objectives.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and a good command of French and/or German are required.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum 5 years' experience in a IP / trademark department, with good IT skills and a solution-oriented approach.
