- Oversee the registration process for trademarks and industrial designs, ensuring timely filings and compliance with international IP regulations. Coordinate with external agents and authorities to manage filings through to completion.
- Conduct comprehensive trademark availability searches and provide actionable insights to the legal team. Evaluate potential conflicts and assess risks associated with new trademarks.
- Keep track of competitive trademarks and industry developments. Recommend and initiate actions such as filing oppositions to protect the company's interests.
- Maintain and update the IP database, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely responses to IP authorities.
- Work closely with IP Counsel and other stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on IP matters and support broader business objectives.
- Minimum 5 year's experience in a IP / trademark department
- Fluent in English and a good command of French and/or German
- Immediately available
- Solution oriented and autonomous
- Good IT skills
