Electronics Technical Lead in Space Products

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technical Lead to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a key member of our space electronics development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of control and driving electronics for various space equipment applications and projects.
Your Mission- Define requirements at electronics board level
- Develop detailed designs, including trade-off, analysis, and schematics capturing
- Verify electrical circuits through review, analysis, and simulation
- Coordinate Unit Interface Equipment (UIE) and EGSE definition and commissioning
- Commission and test prototype and flight electronics
- Support Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT)
- Establish and maintain engineering plans and activities schedules
- Lead a small team of development engineers
- Liaise with Line Managers and project core team
- Monitor and control team members in PCB/CCA domain
- Ensure process adherence in electronics development
- Timely reporting and flagging to team leaders
- Lead internal design reviews
- Coordinate introduction requests and part reviews
- Maintain building-blocks and onboard new team members
- Minimum 5 years' experience in space, avionics, or defense industry
- Master's degree in electrical or electronic engineering
- Proven experience in architecture definition at electronics board level
- Familiarity with COTS EEE parts
- Expertise in control and digital electronics development
- Experience with EMC design and analysis
- Development activities scheduling and coordination
- Experience with radiation mitigation techniques
- Requirements Management with IBM DOORS
- RF design and PCB/CCA layouting
- Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink, Python, and Mentor Graphics
- Fluent communication skills in English
